OK didn't expect the stopper NOT to pop out. But, had to find out before proceeding to the next step. Bent valves means a valve job is needed so unfortunately this is one case that the repair could not be done easily. Most of the time the spark plug thread repair can be done right over the fender without removing the head. What kit and how much for a 2005 Ford Explorer sport trac xlt ?

Ok let's say condenser fans are not properly working and gas refrigerant isn't being converted back into liquid. Would it cause an over accumulation on the high side gauge so maybe a spike in 25 -50psi?

Great product. Used many time. No failures after tens of thousands of miles. There will alway be exceptions but this kit is 99 percent effective for the duration!

I have the same issue at idle. Fans are working properly. Also I noticed when the fans kick on the freon level drops, is that normal?

You didn’t cover vehicles that don’t have electric fans. Such as the typical truck with a fan run off the motor through a fan clutch.

This is a great video, very well done! Easy to follow along with some great tips (vacuum hose on end of air gun is genius!). Once I am ready I will be buying this Timesert kit from your company.

Hi and thanks for the video, very clear. Are the instructions that come with the 4412 kit accurate for all its applications? In my case the heads are 243's coming of a Chevy LS6. What i'm trying to ask is if the step by step procedure remains the same for my application?
